Samantha was admitted as a lawyer to the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2016. She works closely with Dan Creevey within the commercial litigation and employment teams. Samantha focuses on achieving commercial outcomes for her clients which makes her a valued advisor to clients across many industries. Approachable and pragmatic, Samantha has experience in all levels of litigation across a number of jurisdictions including Queensland’s first class action and she appears regularly for clients before the Magistrate, District and Supreme Courts and Fair Work Australia.
